Group Spiritual Coaching
A 6-month program with one 1.5-hour session per month to create lasting, palpable results.
Description:
This 6-month group coaching program is designed for people ready to release stuck emotions, heal ancestral wounds, and step into their power. Each session will focus on a specific theme, blending spiritual coaching, human design insights, and trauma-informed practices. Together, we’ll explore the effects of lineage wounds, uncover patterns that no longer serve you, and create a path toward healing and freedom. Each session will encourage deep introspection with guided journal prompts and self evaluating questions. Participants will go home with energy centered homework to work on until the next session to keep healing momentum in between classes.
