Each participant will leave with a 12”x12” canvas masterpiece they create and a renewed sense of self. All art supplies are provided, so just bring your open heart and imagination!

In this 90-minute workshop designed to help you release energetic blocks and heal old wounds, you will be guided gently through the seven main chakras in your energetic field. Through a blend of meditation, visualization, sound healing, and other modalities, we’ll work together to align your chakras and restore balance. This isn’t just a meditative session—it’s a vibrant, supportive space where we hold each other in healing and empowerment. Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to your true self.

Personalized Spiritual Coaching
A personalized program geared towards those who have seemed to lose themselves along this path of life and need some guidance to find their true North.
Description:
My individualized coaching programs are designed for people ready to release stuck emotions, heal ancestral wounds, and step into their power. Each session will focus on a specific theme, blending spiritual coaching, human design insights, and trauma-informed practices. Together, we’ll explore the effects of lineage wounds, uncover patterns that no longer serve you, and create a path toward healing and freedom. Each session will encourage deep introspection with guided self evaluating questions. This is generally between 3 and 6 months depending on the individual. I only take a couple of clients at a time because of the intimacy of this style of coaching and my full presence being necessary to create a personalized plan just for you. With 20 intense years of digging into root causes of energetic blocks and rewiring the human brain based on my own experiences and those around me, I am grateful to have the opportunity to have made an entire business crafted around helping others connect and rewire themselves to live their most authentic lives.
